Spiritual Growth: Whose job is it to drive this in a positive direction? I was having a discussion with my awesome dad the other day about the role of the…
LeadershipDude Articles
In this collection of LeadershipDude articles, you’ll find a few pervasive things. I am passionate about helping people grow in their walk with Christ and I love helping people explore their greatest potential in achieving athletic and fitness goals. Oftentimes you’ll see my articles include both at the same time. Either way, if you’re searching for:
some insight into higher performance,
getting past a personal plateau
or simply discovering your path in life
I can help give you some direction.
Over the last few decades I have researched, experimented with and evaluated all kinds of people-augmenting principles. With the help of both secular and Christian wisdom, I have found some pretty amazing truths that have been extremely valuable in helping people strengthen their journey towards a more fulfilling life. I approach every person truly as an individual and have built a coaching business around personalization. I hope you enjoy some of these articles. Much blood, sweat and tears went into learning how to organize and implement these ideas.
In my upcoming books you’ll find the culmination of these two streams converging into powerful insights that I hope will truly benefit those who have a simultaneous interest in spiritual and physical fitness. Although they have natural similarities, there’s MUCH more to it than the tired cliche’ of “exercising your spiritual muscles.”
